A Fabspot membership provides exclusive access to deals and offers from participating businesses.
Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and limited to one active device per account at any time.
Offers must be redeemed through the Fabspot platform using your registered account. Screenshots, printed copies, or unauthorised reproductions of offers are not valid.

2. Subscription and Refunds

All subscriptions are final; no refunds will be issued once payment has been processed, regardless of usage.
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but access will remain active until the end of the paid period.

3. Offer Redemption

Members can redeem offers an unlimited number of times unless a specific restriction is stated by the business.
Offer availability is determined solely by the participating business and may change without prior notice.

4. Liability Disclaimer

Fabspot does not guarantee the availability or quality of services, goods, or experiences offered by businesses.
Fabspot is not responsible for disputes, refunds, or damages arising between members and participating businesses.
Members are encouraged to directly contact businesses regarding issues or concerns about offers.

5. Participation in Fabspot

Businesses can list offers for free, subject to Fabspot’s review and approval process.
Businesses are solely responsible for the accuracy of offer descriptions, terms, and conditions. Misleading, inaccurate, or incomplete offers may result in suspension or removal from Fabspot.

6. Offer Management

Businesses retain full control over their offers, including updates or cancellations. However, changes cannot retroactively affect offers already redeemed by members.
Businesses are responsible for honoring all active offers as listed on Fabspot.

7. Quality of Service

Businesses are fully accountable for the quality of goods, services, or experiences offered through Fabspot.
Any disputes or complaints about offers must be resolved directly between the business and the member.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Fabspot is not liable for any financial loss, reputational damage, or disputes arising from a business’s participation in the platform.
Participation in Fabspot is entirely voluntary, and businesses bear all risks associated with offering discounts or deals.

9. Platform Integrity

Users (both members and businesses) are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activity, misusing the platform, or attempting unauthorised access.
Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms will result in immediate account termination without refund or recourse.

10. Data Protection and GDPR Compliance

Fabspot strictly complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Member and business data will only be used for the operation of the platform, including the facilitation of offers, notifications, and analytics.
Fabspot does not sell, share, or misuse user data. All data is securely stored and handled in accordance with our Privacy and Cookies Policy.

11. Service Modifications

Fabspot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any services, offers, or platform features at its discretion without prior notice.
In the event of service changes, Fabspot will make reasonable efforts to notify users, but such notifications cannot be guaranteed.

12. Account Termination

Fabspot reserves the right to terminate any account (member or business) for breaches of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the platform.
If an account is terminated, users are prohibited from re-registering without explicit permission from Fabspot.

13. No Liability for Third-Party Disputes

Fabspot serves as an intermediary between members and businesses. We are not a party to any transactions, disputes, or agreements between members and participating businesses.
Fabspot bears no responsibility for resolving disputes or mediating between users.

14. Modern Slavery and Ethical Practices

Fabspot is committed to ethical business practices, ensuring no involvement in modern slavery or human trafficking.
Participating businesses are required to adhere to fair labor and ethical standards.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. All disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
Users are encouraged to contact Fabspot at support@fabspot.co.uk for assistance with concerns before pursuing legal action.

Fabspot reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
Continued use of the Fabspot platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
